Ester Jamera is the founder and director of EMJ Coaching – a safe space for career, leadership and life coaching. After working in the NHS for 14 years, Jamera has become an award-winning nurse; a passionate career, leadership and life coach; a published author; a sought-after speaker; and an emerging entrepreneur. She founded and led the Black and Ethnic Minority Staff Network (BME) which has been a catalyst in transforming the organisation’s culture and driving the race equity agenda. Jamera has an in-depth understanding of the healthcare terrain, which fuels her interest in supporting and empowering the Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Healthcare Professionals' (AHPs) workforce to thrive in their career and leadership journeys.
